Emilie Racine has been an ESL and local RECIT consultant in the region of Portneuf for the past 8 years. She is also a member of the RREALS Executive Board and co-chair of DEESL. She taught ESL in both Elementary and Secondary. Her experience also includes teaching IESL, multi-level and special needs.
